Renterprise for community housing providers

Reclaim caseworker hours. Improve tenant outcomes.

Your team is answering the same five tenancy questions every week. Bond return, eviction notices, repair fights, rent increase, lease renewal disputes. Renterprise handles the routine ones so your caseworkers can focus on the cases that actually need a human.

The friction we're built to remove.

Community housing tenants frequently have tenancy questions that are answerable in 60 seconds with the right tool but currently consume hours of caseworker time. A bond-claim form arrives, the tenant doesn't know what to do, they wait days for an appointment, the caseworker walks them through the same template letter for the eighteenth time that week.

Renterprise gives the tenant the answer at the point of need: the Honest Assessment of which deductions are fair vs disputable, the dispute letter ready to send, the NCAT escalation memo if needed. The caseworker is freed for the complex cases (DV exits, hoarding, mental health crises, debt-related evictions) where a human is genuinely irreplaceable.

We're tenant-first. Always. We're not a property-management tool. Your tenants get the same product NSW renters elsewhere get — they just get it for free, with a caseworker behind the scenes who can be looped in for anything beyond what the tool can solve.

What changes when your tenants have Renterprise.

Lease check before signing

Every new tenant, including transfers and new lease offers, gets a free instant lease check. Catches void clauses and out-of-date provisions before they cause downstream disputes.

Bond return supported automatically

When tenancy ends, the platform produces an Honest Assessment of every bond deduction with dispute letters drafted. Reduces unnecessary NCAT applications and reduces caseworker workload at exit.

Eviction defence with proper notice analysis

Tenants who receive notice get the 7-point validity check + response letter within 60 seconds. Catches procedural defects automatically. Caseworker gets a structured handover when escalation is needed.

Repairs requests with the right legal weight

The repairs tool classifies urgent vs non-urgent, drafts the formal request with section citations, and tells the tenant about the $1,000 self-arrangement right under s.64.

Tenant evidence file the right way

Every flare, every notice, every dispute, every appointment kept on the tenant's device. When a caseworker is brought in, the structured matter file is ready to hand over.

DV crisis path always free

The DV tenancy tool is permanently free for every user regardless of partnership status. Trauma-informed pathway with break-fee-free exit. Aligns with sector best practice.

How the partnership works

90-day pilot first. Ongoing per-tenant licensing if it works.

Phase 01 — pilot

90-day free trial

A defined tenant cohort (1 property portfolio, 1 region, or 1 caseworker's caseload) gets unlimited access. Anonymised usage and outcome tracking through the period.

Phase 02 — review

Outcome report

After 90 days: number of tenants served, top issue categories, estimated caseworker hours saved, qualitative feedback from a tenant survey, recommendations for scaled rollout.

Phase 03 — ongoing

Per-tenant licensing

$10-30 per tenant per year, volume-based. Optional caseworker dashboard for handover. Quarterly anonymised outcome reporting for board/funder reporting.

What you'll get from us

  • · Co-branded tenant onboarding pages if you want them (no extra fee)
  • · Caseworker dashboard with anonymised cohort-level views (not individual tenant data — that stays on the tenant's device)
  • · Quarterly outcome reports suitable for board, funder, and DCJ reporting
  • · A direct line to me (Mya) for any escalation, content gap, or feature request
  • · Priority on roadmap items relevant to your tenant cohort

What we won't do

  • · No data identifying individual tenants leaves the platform. Outcome reporting is fully anonymised at the cohort level only.
  • · No replacement of human caseworker relationships. Renterprise is the tier-1 tool that triages so your humans see fewer routine cases and more high-value ones.
  • · No lock-in. 30-day notice termination on any partnership.
  • · No advertising, no upsell, no data sale, ever. The architecture forbids it.

Indicative pricing (post-pilot)

$10-$30 per tenant per year.

Volume-based. Smaller CHPs (under 1,000 tenants) typically end around $30/head. Larger CHPs (5,000+ tenants) end closer to $10/head. Optional caseworker dashboard is included at all volumes.

For context: this is meaningfully cheaper than a single hour of caseworker time per tenant per year. Most CHPs we've modelled this for save more in reclaimed caseworker hours than they spend on the licence within the first quarter.

Subsidised and fully-free options available for smaller CHPs and Aboriginal Community-Controlled Organisations. The DV crisis tool is permanently free regardless of partnership status.
